first_name, last_name, office_type.
Optional: party, state, jurisdiction, seat_label,
website, photo_url, in_office_since, term_ends, next_election.
level and branch are filled in automatically from office_type.

candidate_for_office_type, candidate_for_jurisdiction, candidate_for_election_date.
