Pnyx sitemap — MINIMAL AND DELIBERATELY SO (cycle 171, part A).

Lists only the four pages a stranger arriving from a search result can
  actually read: the other 26 carry <meta name="robots" content="noindex">
because Pnyx's gate is client-side, so a crawler reads them fine while a
human would be bounced to the login screen.

NO poll, bill, politician or race URLs appear here. Those arrive with
cycles B, C and D. When C generates this file from the database it
REPLACES THESE CONTENTS; the file and its URL stay exactly as they are.

CARRIED FORWARD FOR C, so it is not rediscovered: the published/scheduled
predicate lives in api/publication.py and must be IMPORTED, never pasted.
That module's own docstring records cycle 151 extracting the predicate as
a local string "so there is one definition to be right" and then failing
to apply it to ELEVEN routes across FIVE modules. A sitemap is a
publication surface like any other: a future-scheduled poll leaking into
it is the same bug with a wider audience, because this file is handed
  straight to Google.
